We all have attempted to start a habit at some point. Whether it was exersising 5 times a week or reading for 30 minutes a day. We all know that starting a habit is easy. But how long until we give up? This is what we seek to change. We want people to not only start their habits, but to finish them. We all only have a finite number of hours in life so please get up and do!
